  , moving to hybrid in the future

• Own key aspects of the month-end close
  , reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain the general ledger and analyze budget vs. actuals
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for 2–3 operating entities
• Manage cash forecasting and projections (daily/monthly)
• Research technical accounting issues and partner closely with the Controller
• Prepare and review quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis
• Coordinate external audits and prepare audit schedules
• Support cross-functional finance and accounting projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of progressive corporate accounting or public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
• Experience with software / SaaS or recurring revenue models preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
