$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Lead daily cost accounting activities and support month-end close
• Maintain standard cost and inventory systems
• Analyze product costs, labor, yield, scrap, and line performance
• Support pricing updates, budgeting, and capital project reviews
• Partner with operations on cost-saving initiatives and performance improvements
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile GL/overhead accounts

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Cost Accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• 2–4+ years of cost accounting experience (open to 5–7 years)
• Strong GAAP, cost, budgeting, pricing, and inventory knowledge
• Advanced Excel; AS400, BI tools, and D365 preferred
• Confident communicator who can drive follow-through in a fast-paced environment
