• Perform bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and informational reporting tasks for multiple clients
• Prepare and check financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Onboard and provide regular consultation to clients on their accounting, business administration, and taxation needs
• Research client questions and discuss with Management for further guidance
• Execute closing procedures and perform other related duties as required

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of accrual-basis accounting
• Experience using Quick Books Enterprise and Quick Books Online
• Basic understanding of the US tax system
• Proven expertise in MS Word, MS Outlook, and working knowledge of MS Excel and Adobe software applications

• Strong knowledge of US-GAAP
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Net Suite, and SAGE Intacct
• Familiarity with ADP and Paychex platforms
• Exposure to inventory accounting and bookkeeping for e-commerce companies
• Proficiency in German and/or Italian language skills
