Tax Senior Manager - Atlanta

Beech Valley's client, a top 100 CPA firm, is seeking Tax Senior Managers in the following locations:
Atlanta, Nashville and Tampa. These are full-time, direct hire opportunities with competitive salary and benefits.

The Tax Senior Manager will oversee tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for a diverse client base, advise clients, and develop trusted advisor relationships. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring tax teams, reviewing complex tax returns, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• 7+ years of tax experience within a public accounting and/or consulting firm, or equivalent industry tax leadership.
• CPA, EA license, or another recognized certification is required.
• Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients.
• Experience in healthcare, financial institution, real estate, professional services, or manufacturing industries is an advantage but not required.

• Lead clients and teams with demonstrated excellence in project management and relationship development.
• Advise clients on a variety of tax issues, achieving successful completion of tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance projects while maintaining client service excellence.
• Develop a team of tax consultants and other subject matter experts to ensure exceptional client service.
• Cultivate existing business client relationships and pursue opportunities with new prospect leads.
