We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Tax Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws. This role will require you to work closely with clients to gather necessary financial information, offer insights into tax‑regulated matters, and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns in compliance with applicable laws.
• Analyze and research tax issues and provide comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and verify financial data and support documents.
• Work with tax software programs and stay current on tax law changes that impact clientele.
• Advise clients on tax strategies and tax planning to maximize tax savings.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or EA Licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax preparation, preferably in a public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software such as Quick Books, Lacerte, or Ultra Tax.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
