Accounting Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, supporting our sales and management teams, and contributing to the continued growth of our agency.

• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain the general ledger
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking cash flow
• Generate financial statements and custom reports for leadership
• Collaborate with our accounting partners during audits and year-end close
• Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date financial records

• 5+ years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct or a similar ERP
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
