As an ER RN in this assignment, you’ll manage a broad spectrum of emergencies—from trauma resuscitations and chest pain protocols to acute medical presentations and rapid disposition planning. Your daily responsibilities will include patient assessment and monitoring, rapid clinical decision‑making, initiation of IV therapy and medication administration, airway management, and coordination with physicians, respiratory therapists, radiology, and social work to ensure efficient, high‑quality care.

You’ll contribute to patient education, discharge planning, and family communication in high‑stakes moments, while upholding the hospital’s standards for safety, privacy, and ethical practice. This role provides a structured path for professional growth within the emergency specialty, with opportunities to refine triage accuracy, expedite throughput, and mentor newer staff during orientation and ongoing in‑service sessions. The package is designed to be both competitive and comprehensive: a targeted weekly pay range of $1,917 to $1,998, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, and a start date of March 9, 2026.
