• Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Hourly Pay Range: $26 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time, permanent role in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Athens, Texas. This position offers a consistent night schedule, clinical autonomy, and long-term stability for nurses who prefer overnight care delivery.

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents during overnight hours.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.

• Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergent situations.

• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record.

• Supervise and support CNAs as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical standards, and facility policies.

• Required

• Active, unencumbered Texas LVN license.

• Ability to work consistent overnight shifts.

• Preferred

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings.

• Experience working independently during overnight hours.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
