Job Description

This entry level role will perform the inspection process, ensuring that the product is inspected to established specifications before placing it into useful stock.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections of materials, components, sub‑assemblies and finished devices at all phases of manufacturing per released specifications.
  • Identify the product, including the inspection and test status.
  • Read and understand specifications and part drawings.
  • Utilize and maintain hand tools, calibrated instruments, measuring equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.
  • Maintain controlled environment integrity by using proper attire and adherence to control room environment practices and procedures.
  • Assist in processing non‑conforming material throughout the manufacturing process.
Education / Certifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Equivalent Experience
Job Requirements
  • Inspection line experience a plus
  • Experience in manufacturing/quality a plus
  • Experience working within the medical device environment a plus
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Legible handwriting
  • Attention to detail
  • Can read a print
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Advanced Math skills
  • Minimal errors with paperwork
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Full knowledge of building/area of product/equipment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Works independently
