is searching for a full-time Faculty BE/BC OB/GYN physician
to join the established clinic in
Athens, TX.

About the Position:
  • Current team is 1 OBG; 9 Family Practitioners alsopracticingOB
  • Market calls for 1,000 deliveries annually
  • DaVinci GYN surgery available
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual (preferred)
  • Team oriented and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a growing academic environment
  • 20-25 patients per day
  • Monday-Thursday FT--Friday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • 50% Outpatient/50% Inpatient
  • A 15-bed, Level I nursery, if needed
  • A dedicated surgery suite for cesarean sections
  • Eight private postpartum rooms
  • Epidural pain management
  • Interpreters and/or language access services
  • Lactation education
  • Live online birthing classes
  • Nine large labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum (LDRP) rooms
