RN - Behavioral Health

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in managing dementia patients. The ideal candidate will join a dedicated team focused on providing specialized care to the geriatric population.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to dementia patients with behavioral disturbances.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about dementia care and management strategies.

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with dementia patients.
• Valid RN license to practice in Tennessee.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Completion of necessary health and wellness certifications.
