Plans and provides appropriate nursing care based on the individual patient's assessed needs.

Manages patient care to ensure safety and minimize risk to the patient, family and the organization.

Manages time and supplies effectively.

Communicates and documents pertinent information to all appropriate individuals in the continuum of care.

Demonstrates knowledge of an adherence to National Patient Safety Goals and Core Measures.
