The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, or as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hang store signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver legendary customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance required.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push/pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
