• Interacts with customers in a pleasant and up‑beat fashion

Shifts:

Morning (Preferred), Mid‑Day (Preferred), Evening

• Display a positive attitude, as well as the ability to get along with others.
• Travel to other Wendy's locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
• Be willing to talk to customers, Smile, and serve great food in a timely manner.
• The ability to accept direction, and be a great listener
• Handle weather‑related moments like rain at the drive‑thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, operate other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
• Take pride in your uniform as well as your appearance.
• Be dependable, on a daily basis.
