Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $17.00/hr

• Directly supervise approximately 40 team members and hold them accountable to job duties and overall performance.
• Hire, interview, onboard, train, and develop hourly team members.
• Create team schedules using Hot Schedules and upload into the system.
• Enforce company standards, policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Delegate and follow up on tasks to support the overall operations.
• Ensure bar compliance with beer and liquor licensing, work authorization, and wage‑hour laws.
• Emphasize safety, sanitation, and security; train staff on proper sanitation guidelines.
• Conduct daily line and equipment checks and maintain restaurant cleanliness to pass Health Department and corporate audits.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Prevent cross‑contamination and improper food handling through training.
• Resolve escalated conflicts or guest complaints.
• Follow cash handling and payment processing policies.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Optimize store profit by managing labor and cost of goods/inventory.
• Provide respectful feedback and take discipline actions when needed.
• Exercise sound judgment to prevent or diffuse risky situations.
• Increase sales through community involvement, promotions, and guest satisfaction.
• Take ownership of the overall operation and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Passion for people and food.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Successful background check.
• At least one year of restaurant management or supervision experience, preferably full‑service high volume.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe certification recommended.
• Understanding of food allergens.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card.
• Experience with cleaning chemicals, heat and A/C units, walk‑in freezers.
• Flexible schedule: opening, closing, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Professional demeanor under pressure.
• Friendly personality and guest communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest satisfaction delivery.
• Basic math and currency calculations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for independent and team work.

• Computer literacy:
  Windows, calculator, copier, printer, cash drawers, POS touchscreen.
• Physical ability to lift 10lbs up to 50lbs occasionally; lift overhead frequently; stand for extended period.
