RESPONSIBILITIES

* Interacts with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion

* Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable and above all - honest

* Maintain a neat and clean appearance

* Follow food safety procedures

* Maintain a safe working condition

* Anticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective action

* Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Wendy's manager

* Serve great tasting food, have fun, and make someone's day

* Morning (Preferred)

* Mid-Day (Preferred)

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

* Display a positive attitude, as well as the ability to get along with others.

* Travel to other Wendy's locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.

* Be willing to talk to customers, Smile, and serve great food in a timely manner.

* The ability to accept direction, and be a great listener

* Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.

* Wear a headset, operate other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.

* Take pride in your uniform as well as your appearance.

* Be dependable, on a daily basis.
