Overview

Affiliated Medical Services/Examone is a Columbus and Dayton based company that has been in business for over 30 years performing specialty blood draws for various labs and insurance companies. We are looking for medical professionals to perform collections in the Athens, Ohio metro area and surrounding areas within 25 miles from your home.

We perform blood draws, medical histories, vitals, physical measurements, EKGs and urine samples. This position requires you to go into a patient's home or workplace. This is an independent contractor position that requires you to be able to work efficiently on your own. Training is provided. It is not required to have previous EKG experience.

• Perform blood draws, medical histories, vitals, physical measurements, EKGs and urine samples.
• Travel to a patient's home or workplace within a 25 mile radius from your home to complete collections.
• Operate as an independent contractor with the ability to work efficiently on your own; training is provided.

• 200+ successful sticks.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to cover a 25 mile radius from your home.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of being an independent contractor (1099).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Availability of at least 15-20 hours per week, various days of the week.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to take a manual blood pressure.
