We were seeking a Field Performance Advisor to drive supplier performance and optimize site construction processes for a rapidly growing telecommunications project. This role involves conducting site reviews, troubleshooting, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with Ericsson’s standards. You will work closely with internal and external teams to improve site construction processes, provide feedback to suppliers, and design process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze site performance metrics including cycle time, quality, JHA compliance, Ericsson tool utilization, and customer-specific requirements.
- Identify and address areas for improvement in supplier performance, working closely with the Territory Director and Suppliers to implement changes.
- Engage with suppliers on-site to perform root-cause analysis and ensure safety and construction issues are resolved.
- Plan site and supplier visits strategically to meet key targets and improve overall market performance.
- Partner with Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams to address customer meets, site access, and validate construction drawings.
- Collaborate with Automation teams to design and improve tools, increasing supplier efficiency and site construction quality.
- Collect and report performance data to support new business cases for process changes and improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by building strong relationships with market suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to Ericsson and customer processes, tools, and methods.
- Provide feedback on performance and training materials, ensuring accuracy for site delivery performance.
- Support quarterly Supplier business reviews (Q ) and drive field-related actions.

- 7+ years of relevant experience in the construction or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of general construction processes and procedures.
- Experience in managing general contractor suppliers and estimating construction scope (e.g., Civils, Ground, Backhaul).
- Knowledge of Ericsson’s construction and quality standards.
- Experience in contract management, financial oversight, and supplier collaboration.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with OSHA 30-hour course completion for telecommunications.
- Previous experience with Ericsson equipment is a plus.
