Position Summary: Safe operation of buses on campus routes and occasional charters. Complete paperwork associated with assignments. Follow written and verbal instructions as required by supervisory personnel. Occasional bus washing and other non-driving tasks are required from time to time. Applicants must submit to drug and alcohol testing as required by the US Department of Transportation.
Education & Certification: Successful recruits will train for and receive a Commercial Driver’s License with a Class B Passenger Endorsement.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to demonstrate a safe driving record, good communication skills, and the ability to work with other people of various backgrounds and skill levels.
Physical Demands: Sitting for long periods of time, pushing, pulling, and reaching. Driving.
Additional Requirements: Driving is a requirement of this position.
Position involves direct interaction or care of children under the age of 18.
