General Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on multi‑family residential construction projects in the Atlanta/Athens area. This role oversees daily field operations, ensures code compliance and safety, coordinates labor and materials, and maintains project schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices
- Plan and direct daily electrical work from drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment with warehouse and procurement teams
- Perform quality inspections and manage punch lists
- Track labor, materials, and job progress; communicate updates to project management
- Identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or rework
- Maintain day‑to‑day communication with the General Contractor and other trades to coordinate scheduling, inspections, and jobsite workflow

Minimum Years of Experience4-6
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (a plus)
- 4+ years of residential or multi‑family electrical experience
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the NEC and electrical installations
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple crews
- Proficiency with tablets and basic project management tools
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, climbing, and use of hand/power tools
