Electrical Foreman

General Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on multi‑family residential construction projects in the Atlanta/Athens area. This role oversees daily field operations, ensures code compliance and safety, coordinates labor and materials, and maintains project schedules and quality standards.

• Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices
• Plan and direct daily electrical work from drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment with warehouse and procurement teams
• Perform quality inspections and manage punch lists
• Track labor, materials, and job progress; communicate updates to project management
• Identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or rework
• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with the General Contractor and other trades to coordinate scheduling, inspections, and jobsite workflow

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (a plus)
• 4+ years of residential or multi‑family electrical experience
• Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and electrical installations
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple crews
• Proficiency with tablets and basic project management tools
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, climbing, and use of hand/power tools
