Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Job Description

This is a full‑time position with varying days. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and must have completed vocational courses in electricity/electronics, plumbing, mechanics, air conditioning and refrigeration, painting, carpentry, or have extensive experience in lieu of education.

• Support all HVAC equipment within the facility:
  Central Energy Plant, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHU, Fan Coil Units, Heat Exchangers, Chemical Systems, Condensate Stations, and any other equipment as needed by the department.
• Assist the Engineering Department with daily duties related to maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or equivalent experience in electricity/electronics, plumbing, mechanics, HVAC (air conditioning and refrigeration), painting or carpentry.
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and mechanical system troubleshooting.
