• Co‑develop and implement research on the economic, ecological, and social impacts of groundwater in the Georgia coastal region (50% of time).
• Participate in community outreach activities along the Georgia coastal region (15% of time).
• Support and mentor graduate and undergraduate students (10% of time).
• Co‑author journal manuscripts, research reports, factsheets, and other written or video materials.
• Communicate regularly and promptly with project principal investigators regarding research progress and laboratory operations.

• Ph.D. in economics, civil or environmental engineering, or a related field, completed by January 2025.
• Experience in groundwater modeling with Visual Mod Flow Flex 8 or other Mod Flow versions.
• Expertise in geospatial methods, data analysis, and visualization.
• Experience working on interdisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in coupled human‑environment systems, a record of peer‑reviewed publications, and experience communicating to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for numerical groundwater modeling.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
