What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the sales strategy for Fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, identifying use cases and crafting tailored solutions
  • Serve as the technical expert on LPR product knowledge, implementation logistics, and competitive differentiation
  • Support complex sales cycles by engaging decision‑makers and driving long‑term strategic opportunities
  • Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations, pilots, and customer education sessions
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams to ensure smooth pre‑sales and post‑sale transitions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
  • Proven track record of managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding quota
  • Strong technical aptitude for explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software
  • Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budgets, and grants
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • High integrity and mission alignment, with the ability to build trust with law enforcement customers
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites, events, and demos
