- Lead the sales strategy for Fixed License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, identifying use cases and crafting tailored solutions
- Serve as the technical expert on LPR product knowledge, implementation logistics, and competitive differentiation
- Support complex sales cycles by engaging decision‑makers and driving long‑term strategic opportunities
- Coordinate and deliver product demonstrations, pilots, and customer education sessions
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with various teams to ensure smooth pre‑sales and post‑sale transitions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in public safety, SaaS, or smart infrastructure
- Proven track record of managing long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding quota
- Strong technical aptitude for explaining camera systems, data integrations, and cloud software
- Experience collaborating with Key Account Executives or sales teams on strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of the public safety/government procurement landscape, including RFPs, budgets, and grants
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
- High integrity and mission alignment, with the ability to build trust with law enforcement customers
- Willingness to travel 30–50% to customer sites, events, and demos
