Cosmo Prof is looking for a 6614 Inside Sales Representative who will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will serve as an advisor on the customer’s journey, recommending products, managing transactions, and fostering loyalty.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience.
• Must be available to meet the business’s scheduling needs.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items.
• Work may involve moving parts, carts, or machines and exposure to irritant chemicals.
