* We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Thrift Store or Gift Shop Associate with previous experience in a non-profit, merchandising, charitable organization, or volunteer-driven environment.

** About the Role*
* This position supports the daily operations of our thrift store and plays a key role in helping us further our mission in the community.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Greet and assist customers, providing a positive, welcoming shopping experience

+ Receive, sort, and organize donated items

+ Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays

+ Support volunteers working on the sales floor or in the back room

+ Operate the cash register and process sales accurately (if applicable)

+ Assist with general store upkeep and daily operational tasks

+ Uphold the organization's mission and represent our values in all interactions

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous experience in a  
** non-profit** , thrift store, or volunteer environment preferred

+ Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
