Operations Associate, Athens

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations ponsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and working with partner drivers.

Customers rely on Gopuff for their everyday essentials, delivered quickly and reliably. We are building a team of innovative and dedicated individuals to reshape retail, and a passion for snacks is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for customer dispatch
• Receive, unpack, and verify pallets from vendors; resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory, re-shelving, and handle order cancellations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Handle and move products safely using carts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Work in freezer locations and handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
• Perform physical activities such as walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and bending

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant or retail (preferred but not required)
• Flexible schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
• Basic knowledge of web applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
