• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while maintaining compliance with relevant laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and teammates
• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology as directed
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift
