• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, in applicable roles.
• Must meet requirements to qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

• Excellent customer service orientation; effective problem solver and communicator.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products.

• Meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, if applicable.
• Qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

• Acceptable hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adhere to work hours, policies, and procedures.
• Stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly.
• Stooping, crouching, grasping, and lifting 21-40 pounds frequently.
• Sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds occasionally.

This is a full-time position.
