This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator. The Operator will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across all areas, including the kitchen and front of house. Responsibilities include managing team members, maintaining food quality and safety standards, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting business performance metrics. The role also involves scheduling, inventory tracking, transaction tracking and reconciling, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and team-building skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.
- Experience in operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control standards in the restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and customers effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle daily challenges and ensure a seamless operation.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality management experience is highly preferred.
