- Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers from young children to senior citizens (35% of time).
- Clean and sanitize the work area, operate a commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables, and service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of food service building (35% of time).
- Assist cooks in preparing and cooking food; assist with preparation of menu items (20% of time).
- Other tasks as assigned (10% of time).
