• Serve food at the dining hall; set up serving lines and prepare individual trays; interact with customers from young children to adults.

• Cleaning and sanitizing the work area, operate a commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables, and service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of food service building.
