As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Chick-fil-A, delivering exceptional service and hospitality while ensuring our guests enjoy the highest quality food. You'll also work closely with an independent Owner/Operator who is dedicated to your success and professional growth.

Position Type:

* Full-time and Part-time positions available

* Flexible scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

* Always closed on Sundays

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests

* Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless dining experience

* Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment

* Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail

* Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations

* Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence

* Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines

* Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications & What We Look For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required-we'll train you!
