Minimum Qualifications Position Summary
The technician would help with a variety of both laboratory and field tasks related to research on the biogeochemistry, bioavailability, and bioaccumulation of metals in ecosystems. Specific tasks would include field collection of samples, laboratory processing of samples for chemical analysis, assisting with current students' experiments, and routine duties related to the efficient operation of our laboratory facilities. The position is full-time with flexibility in work hours.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, sitting/standing/walking, carrying/lifting, pushing/pulling/reaching, keyboarding, gross/fine manipulation, driving, stooping/crouching/kneeling, speaking/hearing
