Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in program evaluation or allied social science fields.
  • Training and experience in conducting process and outcome evaluations; and quantitative and/or qualitative research methods and data analysis.
Responsibilities
  • The Lead Project Evaluator will independently design, implement and supervise program evaluations, qualitative or quantitative research studies, needs assessments, data dashboards including selecting evaluation approaches, developing logic models, developing measures, data and outcomes tracking matrices, preparing insightful reports among others. This individual will supervise and manage graduate and student researchers on the team and work collaboratively with their supervisors. They will collaborate with various other entities across the State to collect input, design, implement, and manage projects.

    The person in this position will work collaboratively with key stakeholders on grants including a variety of partners, data sources, and datasets.
  • Designs, implements and manages program evaluations, needs assessments, and qualitative and/or quantitative research for multiple projects including process and outcome evaluations, selecting and implementing evaluation approaches and methodologies, developing logic models, developing measures, data and outcomes tracking matrices, preparing insightful reports among others.
  • Develops data collection measures (surveys, focus group protocols), collects and analyzes data using qualitative or quantitative research analysis methods including working with large databases, data cleaning and analyzing and developing data dashboards.
