OverviewSupport production and site capital projects to provide quality assurance and guidance on projects. Act as the quality lead for OPEX and CAPEX projects supporting change controls, project documents, including facilities and utilities upgrades. Serves on assigned internal and external project teams (change controls, deviations, technology transfer) as a technical/compliance resource to solve quality related issues and validation discrepancies.
Responsibilities• Provide quality assurance for capital and operating expense projects from initiation through commissioning.
• Support change controls, deviations, and technology transfer; assist with project documents and validation activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external project teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications- At least five (5) years of Animal/Human Health industry knowledge in quality support, manufacturing, process excellence improvements, or capital projects.
- Experience with advanced problem-solving, project coordination, and fostering a quality culture to deliver expected deliverables.
- Experience using quality systems with extensive change control, discrepancy management, and equipment validation.
- Knowledge of vaccine products or biological manufacturing processes is required.
- Project experience supporting commissioning of new facilities/infrastructure and utilities is a plus.
