The Classic Center is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Arena Housekeeping team members to help keep our arena clean, safe, and event-ready. This role is essential to creating a welcoming experience for guests, performers, and staff, and is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisors and Managers, Arena Housekeeping staff support daily cleaning operations, event preparation, and post-event cleanup in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A resume is required for consideration.

What You’ll Do
  • Work as part of a team to complete daily housekeeping and event-related tasks
  • Prepare the arena for events and shows as directed by Housekeeping Supervisors and Managers
  • Support cleaning efforts before, during, and after events
  • Perform routine cleaning throughout the facility, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and glass cleaning
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, fixtures, mirrors, walls, doors, and public spaces
  • Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms and public areas
  • Assist with back-of-house cleanliness and operational efficiency
  • Work alongside third-party labor partners as needed
  • Safely operate housekeeping equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, extractors, and restroom machines
  • Properly store and care for tools and equipment to ensure a safe and organized work environment
  • Assist with annual equipment inventory
  • Collaborate with Operations team members and assist with non-routine or additional tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • One year of experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in arenas, convention centers, stadiums, or theaters (preferred but not required)
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, third-party partners, and facility users
  • Customer-service mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain a forklift license
  • Valid state driver’s license or ability to obtain one
Physical Requirements

This position is active and physically demanding. Team members must be able to:

  • Lift and carry 25–50 pounds regularly
  • Walk and stand for extended periods
  • Bend, squat, kneel, and move throughout the duration of each shift
Why You’ll Love It Here:

Every shift, you’ll be part of an operation that brings concerts, hockey games, graduations, and community events to life. You’ll see the arena transform from quiet halls to a buzzing crowd — and know you helped make it happen.

The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
