Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in pediatric home health care for Athens, GA. The position pays $45.00 per hour with additional case and schedule differentials.

• Competitive compensation with weekly pay
• Base: $45 per hour
• Trach Differential: $2.00 per hour
• Vent Differential: $3.00 per hour
• Weekend Differential: $3.00 per hour (7pm Friday – 7am Monday)
• Night Differential: $2.00 per hour (7pm‑7am)
• Holiday Differential: $3.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling (full‑time, part‑time, PRN)

• 24/7 on‑call support
• Minimal commute: work directly in patients’ homes or schools

• Provide high‑quality routine nursing care to assigned patients, including those with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators and central venous lines.
• Closely monitor patients’ progress, identify changes in condition and take appropriate action.
• Educate and train patients and families on proper care procedures.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with staff, patients and families.
• Uphold Advanced Care Partners’ policies and procedures while delivering exceptional care.
• Be involved in all aspects of patient care, including cleaning equipment and surrounding areas.

• Valid RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL).
• Active CPR certification (online companies not acceptable).
• Preferred: two or more years of experience.
• Valid PPD skin test.
• Physical fitness: standing/sitting up to 12 hours, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, dexterous hand use.
