Cath Lab Manager

Position Purpose

Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab at St Mary's Hospital in Athens, GA.

• Maintain productivity levels, schedule staffing, serve as the point person for departmental recruitment and corrective action when necessary, and work with the department director on strategic planning initiatives.
• Work closely with cardiologists to identify opportunities for cost savings with products.

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: RN (Registered Nurse) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and/or related experience required. Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association required.
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program, Respiratory Program or Cardiovascular Program required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of five years in Cardiac Cath Lab required, with two years in a leadership/management role. Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
