The basic purpose of this role is to perform any process/support duties associated with the automated filling of vaccines. The Technician I, Filling Athens works within the filling department as a team member to ensure success in the activities associated with the safe and sterile preparation of vaccines

Duties & Responsibilities

· Performs filling and support production activities.

· Operates relevant department equipment in appropriate manner and in accordance with requirements.

· Ensures all equipment and facilities are maintained.

· Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

· Completes all associated documentation in compliance with requirements.

· Demonstrates sound aseptic technique.

· Performs inventory transactions.

· Monitors Key Performance Indicators to strive for improved performance.

· Communicates process needs and progress to colleagues and supervisor.

· Escalates events and concerns to supervisor.

· Demonstrates a visible & tangible commitment to HSE, Lean Principles, and the company Values in all work-related activities.

· In addition to the above, other assigned duties & projects deemed appropriate within the position scope.

one(1) year relevant experience OR B.S. degree

High school diploma or equivalent plus
