About the Position
This position will use their skillset to inspect, test, analyze, and/or transformers at Power Partners (a division of ERMCO). This hands-on role requires precision, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You’ll contribute directly to our mission by ensuring each unit meets our rigorous standards and reflects our core values.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do
The ideal candidate should be comfortable navigating computer programs and capable of interpreting and understanding test data accurately. They must possess the physical ability to repeatedly operate test clamps throughout the day. A strong technical background is essential, along with the ability to read and comprehend technical information effectively.
QualificationsNecessary Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Understand and follow instructions (spoken and written).
- Use electronic tools like iPads and computers.
- Work well with others and communicate openly.
- Stay organized and pay attention to details.
- Do basic math, including averages and standard units.
- Lift safely using proper techniques.
- Use hands and arms to handle tools and materials.
- Measure accurately with tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
- Use tools like torque wrenches, impact tools, and scanners.
- Operate lifting equipment like overhead hoists.
- Lift and push/pull items over 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk often; sometimes sit, bend, reach, or kneel.
- Have good vision, including depth perception and focus adjustment (20/40 vision or better with or without glasses/contacts).
- Follow all safety rules and department guidelines.
- Wear required safety gear, including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, and hearing protection.

- 3 Years of Consistent work history
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
