About the Position

This position will use their skillset to wind coils for transformers at Power Partners (a division of ERMCO). This hands‑on role requires precision, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You’ll contribute directly to our mission by ensuring each unit meets our rigorous standards and reflects our core values.

What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and executing detailed written and verbal instructions related to the operation of winding coils. You will ensure the safe and proper start‑up, operation, and shutdown of equipment, while consistently handling materials and operating hand and power tools. The position requires the ability to repeatedly lift and move materials weighing over 50 pounds, either independently or with the assistance of lifting devices.
