Qualifications- 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment with a high school diploma or GED. A bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of part of the experience requirement.
- Strong working knowledge of industrial safety practices, including hazard identification, JHAs, lockout/tagout, and safe work procedures.
- Proficiency with CMMS or maintenance planning software.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across maintenance, operations, and safety teams.
- Familiarity with maintenance-related procurement and inventory management.
