** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
* Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
* Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance
* Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and optimize operations
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and components
* Strong understanding of safety practices and preventive maintenance procedures
* Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Physical ability to perform maintenance in varying conditions
* Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
