Aseptic Filling Technician I – Planet Pharma

This role focuses on operating and maintaining filling equipment in a sterile environment, ensuring high quality and adherence to SOPs.

• Prepare, set up, and operate filling machines, including dry heat overs, autoclaves, and canning machines.
• Operate programmed freezers and the centrifugal spinning machine.
• Pack frozen vaccine for BRT and batch vaccines for filling.
• Complete relevant filling documents and perform quality volume checks.
• Order and receive materials and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the filling area.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Work safely around liquid nitrogen and in a lab‑type environment.
• Adhere to, ensure, revise and perform procedures according to SOPs.
• Conduct mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting in collaboration with maintenance personnel.
• Apply good documentation practices for batch closing in Oracle.

• Minimum 1 year experience in aseptic filling or related manufacturing.
• HS diploma required.
• Mechanical or electronic aptitude with cleanroom experience.
• Familiarity with aseptic filling principles.
• Strong mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting ability.

Pay Rate: $20/hr
