QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience
Position SummaryOversee and manage Visitor Services, including rental venues, rental implementation, and volunteer programs at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia. Duties include coordinating scheduling, contracting, and business aspects of rentals and visitor services; supervising volunteer programs and visitor services staff (Visitor Services Manager and related roles); collaborating with the Special Events Manager on rental and event planning; working with the Assistant Director of Operations to ensure safety, maintenance, cleaning, and AV needs;
coordinating with the Communication Manager on marketing the 8 SBG rental venues; tracking rental contracts, payments, and deposit returns with the finance team; developing and presenting budgeting and projections to meet strategic objectives. Reports to the Associate Director of Administration and Visitor Services.
