Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 5 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in higher education, student personnel administration, counseling, or related field. Career services experience is preferred, including advising and career counseling related to career exploration and skill development. Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships across campus and with employer populations.
Position Summary:
The University of Georgia Career Center strengthens employer relations through a forward-thinking strategic plan focused on expanding and deepening connections. The Associate Director of Employer Relations & Data Analytics leads employer engagement initiatives, manages key partnerships, and oversees data collection, analysis, and dissemination to inform decision-making and enhance partnerships. The role includes implementing innovative programs, aligning with academic priorities, and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or
Competencies:
Seasoned professional with experience serving students, relationship-building, and marketing; excellent interpersonal, resourceful, and self-reliant; strong technical and data analytics skills; ability to collaborate, take initiative, and manage programs; strong project/program leadership capabilities; able to influence others.
