We’re seeking a Full-Time Parking Facilities Groundskeeper to help care for our parking deck, surface lot, and pavilion. This role is all about making a great first impression for our guests—because their experience begins the moment they drive in.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Keeping our parking facilities spotless through daily cleaning, litter control, and trash removal
- Operating equipment like pressure washers and blowers to keep surfaces shining
- Making sure stairwells, elevators, and entryways are clean, safe, and welcoming
- Reporting and helping resolve maintenance issues such as lighting outages or safety hazards
- Supporting landscaping tasks like leaf blowing and light upkeep of exterior spaces
- Assisting other operations teams during big events and projects
- Acting as an extra set of eyes and ears to help keep our spaces safe and secure
- A reliable team player with a clean driving record
- Someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and putting in some physical work
- Previous experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or parking facility maintenance (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with cleaning methods, custodial practices, and safe use of cleaning equipment
- Strong awareness of safety and security, including the ability to identify and report suspicious activity in public areas
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event shifts
- Ability to complete weekly maintenance plans, including inspections, documentation, and follow-up on identified needs
- A friendly, professional presence—because you’ll represent The Classic Center every day
