* This is a temporary position that will last less than 12 months and is not eligible for benefits. Temporary employees will be considered for full-time positions when they are available.

- Kitchen prep (cutting meat and vegetables, preparing food for service, maintenance of event food levels) – 60%
- Prepare custom food for specific outlets within the Center – 20%
- Keep preparation and work stations clean and organized – 15%
- Occasionally work with staff to help plate up and move plated banquet meals to event area – 5%
