- Serve as a subject matter expert in Autodesk Construction Cloud, providing technical analysis and solution design
- Discover and document customer business processes and workflows to enhance their digital transformation journey
- Develop processes, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to unlock value in Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute deliverables aligned with customer success plans
- 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry
- General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption
- Experience leading or supporting technology change management initiatives
- Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboards
- Ability to travel as required for customer engagements and collaboration
- Passion for digitization and progress in the construction industry
- Strong motivation to uncover customer challenges and apply best practices to enhance ROI
- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in various settings
- Enthusiasm for technology and eagerness to explore product capabilities and workflows
- Natural drive to influence positive outcomes and advance customer engagements
