Global Support Analyst - Chinese

IDR is seeking a
Global Support Analyst - Chinese
to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports communication and program coordination within a global organization focused on philanthropic initiatives, leveraging language skills and cultural understanding to facilitate collaboration and program development.

• Organizes and supports all communications with assigned foundation partners, including scheduling calls and coordinating information for new programs
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records within the team’s CRM system, including revenue details, account and contact information, and challenges
• Provides program support by developing and refining language for all programs to ensure clarity and organizational standards
• Supports foundation assessments and participates in workshops to aid partner development and program advancement
• Offers verbal and written translation services, including real-time translation during training sessions and workshops

• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, and public speaking skills
• Fluency in both oral and written standard Chinese is essential for the role
• Requires demonstrated skill in working within a complex environment at senior levels with strong capabilities in planning, organization, and management
• Requires occasional travel and work locations on an international basis on weekends and evenings when necessary (travel up to a few times a year)
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
